姚星，男，浙江湖州人，现任澳门永利官网总站入口助理教授。主要研究方向为能源经济与管理，能源系统建模等，关注光伏、风电、储能、碳捕集利用与封存技术、新能源汽车等新兴低碳技术的相关政策问题。
