研究方向：人力资源开发和管理、组织行为，重点包括培训与发展、组织管理和变革、社交媒体以及领导力等。近年发表了期刊论文、学术书籍章节及多篇国际会议论文，兼任Journal of Human Resource Management期刊编委。
曾任：北京大学课程讲师、Handbook of Workplace Learning书籍编委、Academy of Human Resource Development(AHRD)2021中国变革研讨会嘉宾、2021首届中国人才战略峰会特邀嘉宾、国际会议审稿人、2020北京大学教育学科重建40周年暨教育学院院庆20周年毕业研究生演讲代表等。
